Type A Trips is a luxury travel blog for the stressed out, overwhelmed, working professional with 2 weeks vacation a year who want to be told where to go to spend their hard earned travel dollars - wine, dinners, spas, luxury accommodations and sought after experiences - who don't have the time, energy or know how to plan. Since the site's inception in March of 2014, there has been tremendous growth and a targeted community of readers has emerged who are desperately seeking travel truths that fit their needs.
I am the Owner and Lead Travel Writer for Type A Trips, cutting through the overwhelming noise for the 25 to 40 year old working professionals who have a limited amount of time and they trust me to provide them with the best places to go. These are not budget backpackers, these are people who want to take amazing vacations.
As a professional in the corporate world with a passion for photography and exploring, I focus on creating beautiful, relevant and straightforward content for readers like me, as well as organize and plan in-depth itineraries for my clients. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and English as well as a Master's Degree in Organizational Management with over eight years of experience in technical writing.
Type A Trips seeks out specific, strategic partners in the food and travel industry that fit the brand and demographic to promote as well as work directly with other professionals in the travel industry to provide well written, relevant content. Freelance Partners can expect the following:
-At minimum, $75 per 500 word post for high level coverage and $100 per 500 word post for in-depth research coverage
-Optional $100 for high resolution images to be taken on-location and professionally edited
-Utilize Search Engine Optimization and direct links to drive traffic and enhance readership
-All content to be promoted through the Type A Trips website and social media outlets, unless requested otherwise
-I will not post a negative/mean-spirited review, but I will offer honest opinions if there is a feature I do not like. If I cannot provide a positive review, I will contact you prior to posting.
-Please allow 2-4 weeks for the content to be delivered or as otherwise specified. If you have a specific date in mind for the project, I will work with you to accommodate your request. Please let me know ahead of time.

This is one of the best "on the shorter side" blog posts I've read regarding helpful tips for Barcelona. We are going in 3 months and I plan to check this post again when we get there! Thanks!
